Choose and book
Pick your audit (Life, Small Business or Musician) and book your first session online. Pay for the full package and save, or pay as you go. You'll get a confirmation email straight away.
Tell us about you
Your confirmation email has a link to a short, private form. It takes about 10 minutes, on your mobile device or computer. Your answers go only to Craig.
Your private board
You'll be invited to your own private Trello board. Never used Trello? Think of it as your digital whiteboard and Post-it note organiser. We'll show you everything, step by step. To start with, it shows only what you need: a few things to read, and what we'll look at in your Audit.
Audit 60 to 90 minutes
By video call (Zoom or Google Meet) or in person. We look at what's working, what isn't, and agree your top three priorities. You leave with a short action plan, not a mountain of homework.
Action up to 3 hours
We set things up together: your cloud storage, email, calendar, passwords, budget, whatever matters most. A computer makes this session easier, but it's all achievable on your mobile device. You do it with us, so you know how it works afterwards. We'll also help you set up your own Trello boards, and your own AI assistant if you'd like one.
Achieve about 30 days later
We check what's working, fix what isn't, and agree a simple routine to keep it all ticking over. Then you carry on with your own boards. Everything you've built is yours to keep.
You stay in control
- We never ask for your passwords or bank details.
- Anything that can't be undone, like deleting files, is your decision.
- We back things up before we tidy anything.
- Your budget and files stay in your own accounts.
