I'm not very good with technology. Is this for me?
Absolutely. Most of our clients say exactly that. We explain everything in plain English, starting from the basics, and go at your pace.
What actually happens in the sessions?
Audit: we look at how things are now and agree your top three priorities. Action: we set things up together, hands on. Achieve: about 30 days later, we check it's working and fix what isn't. See How it works.
Do I need a computer?
A computer (Mac or Windows PC) makes things easier, especially for the Action session. But it's all achievable on your mobile device.
Is it by video call or in person?
Video call on Zoom or Google Meet, both free. In-person sessions are available for a travel charge: £60 per visit locally (Cheshire, Stoke-on-Trent and Staffordshire, south Manchester, north Shropshire and Wrexham), or a quote further afield.
What's Trello?
Think of it as your digital whiteboard and Post-it note organiser. You'll have your own private board to guide our sessions, and we'll show you how to use it.
Will you see my passwords or bank details?
No. We never ask for them and never store them. You log in to your own accounts; we guide you through.
Will I need to buy anything?
Possibly some cloud storage (for example iCloud, Google Drive or Dropbox) if you run out of space. We'll help you choose, and you pay the provider directly. We never sell you software.
Do you use AI?
Only if you agree. With your permission, Craig uses Claude to summarise your answers and session notes, and always checks what it writes. If you'd like, we can also help you set up your own AI assistant. See AI & you.
Is this financial or legal advice?
No. We help you get organised. For money, tax or legal questions, we'll suggest you speak to an accountant or solicitor.
How do I pay?
Online when you book, by card. Either the full package upfront (and save) or one session at a time.
Can I reschedule?
Yes, once per session for free, with at least 24 hours' notice (48 hours for Action). Full details in our terms.
What happens after the 30 days?
You carry on with your own Trello boards, set up the way that suits you. Everything you've built is yours. If you'd like a tune-up later, just get in touch.
Can I buy an audit as a gift?
Yes. Gift vouchers are available for every audit and last 12 months. Buy a gift voucher
I'm not in the UK. Can you still help?
Yes, by video call. Get in touch and we'll find times that suit you.
