AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT can take a lot of everyday admin off your plate. We'll help you use them well, safely, and only if you want to.

How we use AI

With your permission, Craig uses Claude to summarise your About You answers and session notes, so he can prepare properly. He always checks what it writes. You can say no, and the service works just as well without it.

Your own AI assistant (optional)

In your Action session, we can set up your own Claude or ChatGPT and connect it to the apps you choose, like your email, calendar and cloud storage. It can then help you:

find emails, files and photos in seconds
summarise long emails and documents
draft replies for you to check and send
keep on top of appointments and deadlines
bring you a daily round-up of good news, instead of doom-scrolling

You stay in control

It's your own account. Some features need a paid plan, which you pay the provider directly.
You choose what it connects to, and can disconnect anything at any time.
AI can make mistakes. Check what it tells you, especially about money or anything that can't be undone.
Never type passwords or bank details into an AI chat.
